With the growth of motorization, Giken Co., Ltd. has been developing and manufacturing various plastic automotive products over 50 years since establishment. We aim to offer creative and innovative products that enable to lead the market, and have been working with major automotive brands providing a wide range of products including aerodynamic auto parts, door visors, mirror covers, scuff illumination plates, etc. Function and design of automotive products have been diversified due to the market needs seeking originality and uniqueness. Through research and analysis of the latest trend of an automotive industry, we capture up-to-date customer demands and propose the product relevant to the next age.In our manufacturing process, we exploit the proprietary technology responding to the characteristics of resins and implement the one-stop system optimizing the whole process of prototype development to mass production quickly and efficiently. Especially, our integrated manufacturing system using vacuum molding has earned high reputation and trust in the industry. Furthermore, we consider the impact of environment therefore use recyclable resins.
